My story so far

God has given us countless gifts. He is more than worthy of our gratitude and praise.

Lord I am sorry for taking for granted your provisions. Food, shelter, water and many more I have taken for granted and do not thankyou for them. I pray that you make me realise all the blessings not just the 'big' ones but the daily ones. I thankyou for reminding me of this.

No matter what happens, always be thankful, for this is God's will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. - 1 Thessalonians 5:18

The Bible nowhere indicates that God withdraws from us from the touble of life... but He gives us power to go on with the battle. - Billy Graham

Lord I pray that whenever I see myself going down the wrong road, that you turn me around and set me off in a flash.

For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double - minded man, unstable in all his ways. - James 1:7-8

Father God: I'm young and inexperienced, and I can't see that I would be much help to you in a battle. But I will trust in your strength and take on your power. I will invite you to fill me with your Holy Spirit. I'm weak, Lord, but you are strong. I am might in you.

Take all help you can get, every weapon God has issued, so that when it's all over but the shouting you'll still be on your feet. - Ephesians 6:13

Lord whatever you have planned for me please just let me feel a peace in whatever situation I find myself in. I pray for my brother and just lift him to you, cos really thats all I can do.

God will show us what company to keep.

Lord I thankyou for my non christian friends, they mean the world to me, but Lord they still don't know you. I pray now Jesus that you be with them as they go off in their new lives and pray that you would make them one day maybe, see your love.

Take them by the hand and lead them in the way of the Master. - Ephesians 6:4

Travel hand in hand with God, and your journey and your destination will be truly rewarding.

Lord when something doesn't go my way when I want it to, I really need to remember that your behind my life and I need to trust you with everything that concerns me or annoys me.

As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. - Isaiah 55:9

God is never too busy to listen to what we have to say.

You are always there. It's crazy God for some to think that you can help at anytime and you are present at anytime. I pray that you will make me realise that you are in every aspect of my life so therefore will you convict me when I forget this.

The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry. - Psalm 34:15

God's forgiving arms are open for every child who's looking for the way home

The opportunities that you give me God are endless, I think that I need to realise how I can help and show the same forgiveness, love and caring that the father in the Prodical Son story showed.

You are a forgiving God, gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love. - Nehemiah 9:17

The true grace of Christ is reflected in His willingness to give himself for us.

Lord I thankyou for the grace you always show me. I think that really I need to show more of that to others and more importantly to the people closest to me. I pray that you keep me occupied these next few weeks.

He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all - how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? - Romans 8:32

Dear Father: It's exciting to think about the things you have prepared for me in heaven - beauty and joy enough to last for all eternity. Thank you for all your gracious gifts, especially for giving me your grace and yourremarkable kingdom.
