My story so far

Father God: Grant me a repentant heart by your grace - a hear that has taken a new direction headed straight for Godliness. Thank you for forgiving me and making my life pleasing to you.
Amen.

Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord. - Acts 3:19

Lord I thankyou that today you have reaffirmed something for me and that now I know what to do for a year, I pray that this year will be one of serving you and learning more and more about you.
Amen

God is more than willing to help us make good choices about what we are watching.

Lord I pray for all the things that I watch on TV and the choices that I make to act like in real life. Please help me with your grace to show me that the way to act is wholesomely towards you with love and grace, not that portrayed by TV, the media or the world.
Amen

Throw out anything tainted with evil. - 1 Thessalonians 5:22

The model that Jesus gave us to follow is not only more positive than the world's, it's consistent, unlik the ever - changing tides of what's cool in pop culture.

Lord let me be aservant to you and all that you do. I pray that I might start spiritual recycling by giving back to you what you have given to me.

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. - Romans 12:2

When we speak the truth, God will back us up.

Lord I pray for parts of my church that struggle with others, I pray that they may realise that they are preventing the kingdom of God expanding.
