My story so far

God wants to draw out the champion in each of us.

Lord I have just read this passage and God you amaze me. I fits perfectly! the last line you know says, 'Remember, God's ways are higher than your ways, and His plan for your life is even bigger than you have ever imagined.'

In the presence of the King

Dear Lord: You have promised to be with me - always. But I often forget that you are there. Give me a moment by moment awareness of your presence.

The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. - Psalm 145:18

Lord God, I felt alone today, when the realisiation that I am now in charge of organisation and all that kind of stuff. But you picked me up and i'm excited to serve you.

Knowing God keeps us from being fooled by an imitation.

Lord I pray that I study your word and keep it in my heart so that when attacked, I can totally rely on you and everything you have said to me. I thankyou for the bible and the great sword it is to the enemy. Thankyou Jesus.

God yearns to be close to us. He holds no grudges; instead, He holds His people, close to His heart.

Lord I pray now that I develop a greater, deeper relationship with you. I pray that I stick to my three points made last night and that I live a year for you and only you

The Lord God then said: I will look for my sheep and take care of them myself. - Ezekiel 34:11

God will never give up on us.

Lord when I said yes to you. I wash washed whiter than snow. I pray that you remind me everyday of this and the love you show me.

Lord I pray for this week approaching, it is going to be full of change and I think I am ready for it. I pray that you walk with me and everyone else who having a big week this week. Thankyou that you are near me and never leave my side. I pray for forgiveness for the things that I'm messing up with and I just pray you convict me and make me realise to times I mess up.

Lord I thankyou so much for my time at Harvest. You didn't reveal amazing revalations to me, but you made me reflect on my personal being and circumstances. I am so greatful for the time I have spent in my home and these years growing in church at home. I pray now as you have calmed me this week that I grow into a leader that you want me to be.

Isaiah 6

1In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the LORD sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.

2Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.

True teamwork beats together in time with one heart - God's.

Lord I thankyou for teamwork. I am blessed to have people who are so gifted around me. You put people together who have uniques gifts and make something special. I pray now that you make me realise I can't do things alone, and I have to rely on your strength.

Lord I pray that you make me realise, that I need to take time out away from technology, and everything it brings to me. Jesus walked alone in the bible many times to talk to you. So I pray this week at Harvest camp, would you speak to me as I seek to spend time with you.

We can look on the brighter side of life because the Light of the World lives inside us!

Lord we all need to be an eternal optimist, because anything is possible with you. So I thankyou for letting me see situations through your eyes, because they seem so much more clearer when I focus on you. I pray for the people who are struggling with any situation and ask that they may see it through your eyes and be at peace.

Information overload! (1)

Lord, technology is by far one of the greatest things invented by man. Yet it can be the worst and most unhelpful as well. I pray that I use technology to greater my relationship with you because that's what it should be primarily used for in my life.

A prayer from Daily Grace for Teens - Dear Heavenly Father: I say that I want to please you, but it's hard to keep that commitment. The world I live in is so much about looking just right and looking down on those who don't. Help me to remember that you are always looking at my heart and when I'm full of myself, what you see is not pleasing to you. Help me as I strive to keep my heart free of pride and full of your love and grace.

Lord God, worship is not about being the best singer, or the best musician or the best person at worshipping, or having the best style. It's all about giving everything we have to you. Lord God I thankyou that I can offer everything I have to you.

Grace for teens - God puts us first - we're in His thoughts and dreams every moment of the day.

Lord God thankyou for your love. In this passage true love is when we first find you God. And I guess thats right, we think we have found our true human love whenever that happens, but first we have to live a lifestyle that shows our true first love which is you God, so help me reflect that lifestyle not only to others but to myself.

Lord I've read this passage today and it is all about making choices. It's so relevant to me at this moment, although you know that. Thankyou for giving me this passage to hold on to over this next week and I pray that this worry of my future would seem like nothing, because I give it all to you.

Lord I pray that the people in my life that I help and encourage see your glory in my aid. I pray for forgiveness for the times when I haven't trusted in your faith and help and gone my own way. God just keep me encouraged please and dont let me fall.

Lord I pray right now that I will be someone who is able to encourage and lift others up. I pray that at times when I am not happy, I can look to your word and sing songs so I can be lifted up. Please heal the people in my life who need the healing of sadness and worry.

Lord I pray that you prepare me for this year ahead. I thankyou for this opportunity, but also Lord that you prepare for the good times, the hard and difficult but more importantly God please make it a growing time with you. Thanks for tonight and the opportunity to catch up. I pray for those on my heart right now that you would heal or bring peace to their hearts that they can turn to you in their time of need.

Lord Jesus, this last month i have learnt seen and listened to many stories, testimonies and actions done by you and christians around me. God I thankyou for my family. It was a hard decision to not push for a year out in America but I know that this region needs me more than I think I need it.
I pray now that you will keep me safe these last 2 weeks at home and that I spend it wisely with family and friends.
I also pray that I now stride on from America and take what I have learnt and promised to you and really go all for you in trust, love and faith. Thankyou Jesus for an amazing three weeks away.
